About the Role
Enlyft is looking for a seasoned VP of Marketing to transform our brand's perception, stimulate revenue growth, and enhance our market leadership. This role requires strategic execution and a focus on measurable outcomes, coupled with a knack for leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You'll develop key initiatives, foster cross-functional programs, and drive customer and revenue growth through differentiated go-to-market strategies, robust engagement, and market insights.
Key Expectations:
As VP of Marketing, you'll steer our go-to-market planning and execution, shaping the messaging and strategies that drive awareness, generate leads, boost cross-selling, and stimulate revenue growth. You'll spearhead market research to inform product positioning and roadmap decisions, identify and articulate our value proposition, and oversee the development of effective marketing and selling solutions. You will also drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and enhance our market differentiation.
To effect impactful change, you'll employ your networking skills, develop our product adoption roadmap, and facilitate the successful implementation of change initiatives. With your deep industry experience and strategic vision, you'll guide the team to understand our different product pillars and position us for future growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Product Marketing: You'll spearhead the go-to-market planning and execution for new products, develop product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging, and work closely with Sales and CS to improve productivity.
- Demand Generation: We need a visionary revenue marketing leader to revolutionize our demand generation strategy, bringing creativity and results-oriented mindset to drive our pipeline number.
- Product Management: As a bridge between product and revenue, you'll shape the product roadmap, enable revenue teams, support our Digital Growth and Brand teams, and become a product expert and evangelist.
Qualifications:
We're seeking someone with 10+ years of relevant experience in Product Management and Product Marketing in B2B or SaaS, with 3+ years in a Director or VP role. You should have a track record of launching successful GTM campaigns, building audience personas, crafting compelling copy, and a high-quality bar for customer-first marketing strategies. You'll also need to be data-oriented, capable of managing the marketing budget, and meeting metrics goals.
