Role

Media Brokers International (MBI) is one of the top 10 marketing agencies in Atlanta area. We are growing and are expanding business footprint in Atlanta as well as other metro markets in the US. We are looking for a Media business leader with rich experience in marketing agency business management or media company sales, building high performance sales organization, talent management, multichannel sourcing and recruiting. Responsibilities

  • Report progress of hiring status, talent management, compensation models and latest hiring trends with defined metrics, KPI’s and goals
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent that is readily accessible as new positions open up, build proactive pipeline through candidate outreach programs
  • Ensure business growth through pipeline management, CRM cadence, budgeting & forecasting and high-growth agency management best practices
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from planning before interviews and executing screening process to leading final offer negotiation and closure of hiring process
  • Collaborate with Head of Sales, executive management and external recruiting providers on an ongoing basis to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
  • Provide leadership and support to sales and agency operations teams
  • Create industry leading strategies for client portfolio growth, new business acquisition, technology led solutions and partner ecosystem
  • Plan and executive talent sourcing strategies based on business requirements and hiring budgets of different departments of the company including Sales, Lead Management, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Operations & IT functions
  • Stay active with current job boards, social networks and platforms to plan, define, and release job descriptions as well as hiring announcements along with maintaining Careers section of the company website with latest job postings
  • Evaluate compensation benchmark and standards for the company on an ongoing basis that are applicable for new hires as well as retained talent
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent
  • Drive business growth in designing and executing media strategies in Digital, TV/OTT/CTV, Radio/Streaming Audio, Podcasts, Outdoor, Print, Sports and Sponsorship marketing space


Requirements

  • Strong background in media sales in traditional as well as digital media landscape
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Agency and Advertising Industry in sales & recruiting
  • Seasoned media strategist with demonstrable thought leadership in advertising solutions and client relationship management
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • 10+ years of experience in Media sales management, talent sourcing & management of sales team with experience in rapidly scaling high performance sales organization
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, candidate database management, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, Application Tracking Systems and other talent sourcing platforms


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing
