Senior Director Talent Acquisition

United Health Services is seeking to recruit a Senior Director Talent Acquisition. Position Overview
Assist with the development and execution of talent acquisition needs across the USH system by executing recruitment strategies and programs to attract best in class talent. This includes creating and managing senior level talent pipelines, managing executive level relationships, coordinating recruiting initiatives, fostering & building relationships with third party firms. In addition, the Senior Director will lead the strategies, processes, and roadmaps that drive the acquisition and onboarding of top talent. With a focus on creating an incredible candidate experience, you will cultivate a partnership with Senior Leaders, Hiring Managers, and Operations to lead the organization in achieving quality hires. The Senior Director role plays a significant role in the success of this organization.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with five (5) years of management experience and (four) 4 years of experience with HRIS systems required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR) with five (5) years managerial experience in HR/Recruitment and five (5) years’ experience with HRIS systems; or master’s degree in Business, five (5) years of managerial experience in recruitment and five (5) years of experience with HRIS systems preferred.
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification, or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification, and/or SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP, and/or equivalent preferred.
