The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager is an exciting opportunity for a senior recruitment professional interested in managing global talent acquisition teams across various functions, including technology. We are a fast-paced, high-growth company headquartered in NYC. You will be part of a fast-growing, global Talent Acquisition team across Asia, Europe, and the United States.
The Talent Acquisition Manager is a strategic leader who will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and hiring strategies as well full lifecycle recruiting on critical openings. You will direct initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team that will advance our hiring goals. You excel at providing consultative guidance to business leaders, troubleshooting recruiting roadblocks, and implementing strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
The position reports directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition. This is a hybrid role based in New York City.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior business stakeholders, hiring managers, and senior TA team members to execute hiring strategies that support critical business needs
- Lead and drive the U.S. hiring strategy by collaborating with leadership teams around hiring plans, employer branding, compensation analysis, talent and market mapping, and retention
- Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline for engineering, data, and product roles through direct sourcing using cutting-edge recruitment methods, referrals, and networking events
- Use our Applicant Tracking System and other recruiting software to track applicants and manage a data-driven workflow
- Maintain data that will expose trends and patterns to help influence hiring practices and process integrity
- Great attention to detail and the ability to work with a variety of hiring managers to prioritize roles to meet hiring needs
- Maintain accurate reports and regularly monitor progress toward hiring targets utilizing metrics such as cost per hire, quality of hire, and time to fill
- Manage and coach a team of full-cycle recruiters and sourcers based in the United States and advise on recruitment policies, procedures, and best practices
What You Bring:
- Willing to work in New York City and perform within a hybrid work model
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related fields required
- Deep knowledge of the tech talent market and industry landscape trends
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders while maintaining excellent communication skills
- 5+ years of experience managing high-performing recruitment teams
- 10+ years of experience in technology recruitment required
