The Impact You Will Have

The Strategy & Operations organization is the in-house dedicated team that supports Sales and business units within Databricks.

This team fully embeds alongside the business, as true partners, working directly with the “client team” on a mixture of strategic and operational issues.

As a Strategy and Operations leader, you will be the primary business partner one of our Americas VP Field Engineering (head of Technical Sales Engineers) and act as their go-to-person to help them drive their business, analyze results and help scale their organization.

Pay Range Transparency

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. Zone 1 Pay Range

$129,500—$229,000 USD
