3-6 years of related professional experience preferably in a strategy, operations, or analytical role with execution, project management or implementation responsibilities

Excellent communication and time management skills

Ability to work independently and interface with all levels of management

Work cross-functionally with operations, tech, analytics, marketing, and legal teams, to determine requirements and priorities

Coordinate and manage projects to successful delivery, on time

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience analyzing, sorting and deriving conclusions from large data sets

-Experience with GRESB infrastructure projects

-Preferred experience as an in-house consultant

-Experience assessing ESG readiness for clients approaching IPO and provided strategic recommendations to advance public disclosure

-Experience with SASB, CDP, GRESB, TCFD, and GHG Protocol frameworks into ESG reporting

-A background in ESG or sustainability consulting

-Exposure to GRESB and infrastructure funds

Collaborating closely with other departments, including product, technology, marketing, and finance, to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to operations.

You have a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field.

You have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.

You have experience in the insurance industry or in a customer-facing environment, which is preferred.

You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Bachelor’s degree required and/or significant equivalent work experience.

3-5 years of relevant professional experience, with experience working across public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

Excellent writing skills, with a proven track record of developing content that achieves desired results.

Demonstrated project administration skills, ability to multitask.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and networking skills.

Experience working in – and able to travel periodically to -- emerging economies and sensitive to cultural and regional norms.

Manage projects and work streams through project management approaches and tools, identify and escalating issues, risks, and opportunities;

Provide project management support for cross-team strategic projects by preparing meeting materials and conducting follow-up;

Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills

Exemplary written and verbal communication skills

Provide key administrative support to the Strategy team through scheduling large cross-team meetings, preparing meeting materials, and operational support as needed.
