Overview:
We’re looking for a versatile generalist that can contribute to just about all areas of our business. Our ideal candidate is analytical, has strong business acumen and is capable of making data driven decisions.The ideal candidate also has strong interpersonal skills and is comfortable interfacing with clients and assisting the company in developing key relationships with partners and third-party stakeholders. They are somewhat tech-savvy and can act as a liaison internally between engineering and business functions.This person needs to be highly motivated, ready to learn quickly and be the ultimate team player as they will be asked to wear many hats working closely with the CEO, VP of Finance & Strategy and Biz Ops Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Product management: Perform product research, understand product trends and feedback from partners and end customers, translate feedback into reality by interfacing with internal product team
- Operations: inventory management, pricing and analysis, operations support for both consumer customers and B2B clients
- Analysis: Perform both routine and ad hoc data analysis projects.For instance – customer cohort analyses, key metrics analysis, assist CEO with fundraising materials
- Assist VP of Finance & Strategy with financial analysis and reporting
- Boots on the ground: Attend conferences and special events, assist local venue partners on location at events
- Partner management and business development: Assist the CEO in identifying and closing new partners as well as growing and optimizing the business of existing partners.
Job Requirements:
- Passion for sports/music and all things live events!
- Flexible, team player.Ambitious, prepared to work >40 hours a week.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with data analysis.Skilled with Microsoft excel.
- 4 year college degree.Ideally economics / business or similar, but not required
- 1-3 years of business experience – ideally in strategy/analysis, product, finance, sales
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Hours / Logistics:
- Full time position (45-50 hours per week)
- Location: Based in LA or willing to relocate.Primarily in office (~4 days a week).
Compensation / Benefits:
- Fanimal credits - $100/mo
- Gym reimbursement - $80/ mo
- Equity: Substantial.Based on experience and to be negotiated.
- Free food and drink at Fanimal team events - weekly team lunch, team happy hour, quarterly offsite, etc.
- Salary: $70-$100K.Negotiable based on experience and expected to rise over time with strong performance.
- Medical Insurance reimbursement - $350/mo
- Home phone/internet reimbursement - $80/mo
- 3 weeks per year paid vacation, some flexibility to work remotely
