Manages component risk register and enforces Program Risk Management policies and procedures.

Develops component scope, budget, and schedule for tasks under the Program Management contract.

Manages component support functional groups such as procurement, contract management, permitting, and communications.

Strong management and coaching skills

Partners with training and higher education organizations to offer in-demand credentials that allow young adults to earn college credits

Technology Enablement: Oversee the implementation of durable skills coaching and support through technology enablement

Managing and supporting the program delivery team to effectively facilitate durable skills development and Fellow coaching

Manage a team that leverages technology to scale Propel’s model and support young adults in getting hired into upwardly mobile jobs

Defines the business requirements for program’s technology needs and collaborates with technology to implement new technology solutions to advance program delivery

Program Management Professional (PMP) certification

Prepare and maintain program management deliverables such as Project Plans and quarterly, monthly and weekly progress/status reports.

Responsible for the management of program budgets and the implementation of program governance

Federal Acquisition experience with Level 3 DAWIA Acquisition certification

25 or more years of Enterprise IT (computer science, networking engineering, enterprise architect) experience

Provide Enterprise IT support to the Department of Defense Special Operations Command (SOCOM) in Tampa FL.

10+ years overall project/program management experience.

Supports ePMO management in refining program/project management practices and implementing them throughout the PMO.

10+ years of experience in large, technology program management

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, technology, project management) or equivalent practical experience.

Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, technology management) or equivalent advanced certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP, CBRM, MBRM).

Demonstrated experience in portfolio management, including prioritization, resource allocation, and risk assessment, preferably in a global or multi-national context.

Manage and maintain good communication across team members, leadership and stakeholders across multiple business units

Requirements for This Role Include

Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in transition programs from carrier to a TPA

Life Insurance experience a must

Proven experience in as Business Architect for large programs

Knowledge of Agile methodology or Scrum framework
