Enjoy the flexibility of telecommuting as practiced by the hiring work unit as a Senior Marketing Specialist (Senior Graphic Designer) in the Marketing, Arts & Air Service Development department. We are searching for a dynamic candidate who will;

• Design, produce, and distributes marketing materials within brand guidelines. Designs with consistency and accuracy to ensure minimal errors, revises work based on input from stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Plan, organize, and participate in the design of marketing goals, objectives, strategies, policies and standards
• Manages production pipeline and traffic flow of design jobs, projects and campaigns
• Create, develop, and manage marketing concepts and recommends targeted marketing and promotional plans. Creates and updates design concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital and/or print materials, including email banners, website assets, social media assets, event materials, marketing collateral, video, brochures, advertising, and more.
• Assists in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies

Requirements

Required Education, Training and Experience:

Senior Marketing Specialist/Senior Graphic Designer option:

• One year of supervisory or program management
• Six years of progressively responsible marketing and advertising experience;
• Graduation from an accredited college or university

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a production or creative environment is preferred.
• Graduate Degree in graphic design, film, videography, marketing, or a closely related field
• Marketing experience in commercial service airport or aviation industry is desirable
• Expert knowledge of the entire Adobe Creative Suite and other software used to produce graphic design, animating, film editing, and sound editing
• Working knowledge of Asana for project management
• Understanding of production workflows and previous experience in at least one of the verticals of creative production

The starting hiring salary for this position is $78,790.

Pay Range for this position is $67,342 to $107,747.
