Senior Graphic Designer, Social And Promotions

Hint, Inc. is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer, Social and Promotions to join our team of passionate professionals who are dedicated to helping people live a healthy lifestyle by creating products that delight them. As the Senior Graphic Designer, Social and Promotions, you will be responsible for designing and creating engaging and visually stunning marketing and promotional materials for our social media channels and other marketing campaigns.

You will also be responsible for understanding our customers and developing creative solutions that resonate with them. Responsibilities

• Manage projects and timelines effectively for on-time delivery
• Creatively interpret the strategic vision of the Senior Creative Director and work collaboratively on the development of content strategy
• Deliver high-quality creative while insisting on high standards for self/others on the creative team
• Consistently ensure top artistic and creative quality
• Be a champion of Hint's brand creative, demonstrating mastery of the brand guidelines and maintaining creative consistency with on-point design principles of color, type, tone, and style
• Maintain an organized set of files, utilizing our project management systems and file servers
• Partner with stakeholders of Hint social channels to develop strategy as well as brainstorm, concept, and execute social creative for Hint-owned social media
• Collaborate with the creative team and cross-functional partners to concept and design promotional campaigns including the development of content across drinkhint.com, landing pages, PDPs, emails, banner ads, motion graphics, organic/paid social assets, etc

Requirements

• Know how to read a brief and take ideas from concept to execution
• Always seeking out personal development and growth
• Understanding of print production techniques and how they impact graphic design
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with other team members, including marketers, copywriters, and other graphic designers
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present and explain your work to others
• Experience designing for social media and other digital channels
• A strong and diverse portfolio demonstrating deep experience in best-in-class design work across all channels (e-commerce, paid media, email, in-store digital experiences, social channels, etc.)
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects and bring them to completion in a timely manner
• A fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities and has a natural aptitude for collaboration
• 5+ years of experience in a similar graphic design role, preferably in the consumer goods industry

• Base salary of $90,000-110,000. Actual salary offer may vary based on location and work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future
