Heavy email marketing design experience

Knowledgeable in different design categories , such as: graphic design, marketing and sales collateral, web design, photo manipulation, and ads

Elevate the visual identity of the StartEngine brand through high quality creative design that is consistent across multiple channels

You have superb “front of house” skills—presenting work, facilitating feedback, building consensus, following up.

At least 10 years visual design experience in a creative advertising agency

Demonstrated creative experience in making digital assets such as websites, branding, presentations, infographics, social banners.

Manage and organize creative assets and assist with the management and implementation of the DAM

Have a strong aesthetic point of view and exceptional typography skills

Translate concepts into simple and elegant experiences that satisfy both business and user needs.

5+ years of experience as a marketing designer.

Experience and passion working in both organic and paid social.

Confident presentation and pitching skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Experience designing and optimizing emails for mobile across many devices

Excellent knowledge of email design best practices

Prior experience in financial or app-based company preferred

Some knowledge of optimizing for dark mode and html a plus

Contribute design for email and other lifecycle creative assets with a focus on Financial Services

Be able to work remotely with global clients

Design social media assets (LinkedIn tiles, banners, Facebook posts)

Bonus - has some ability to product graphics to use within the marketing assets

Have 6+ years in marketing design

Be proficient in social media deliverables and presentation design

Work with partners across Cash App to guarantee an integrated product campaign experience

At least 6 years of relevant experience

Experience pushing a brand forward with fresh, inventive ideas

Experience working cross-functionally to launch creative deliverables

Experience with prototyping, motion or 3D tools is a plus
