Title:Marketing Manager I
Duration: 6+ Months Contract
Work Location – 100% remote
This position is responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans which optimize a promotional mix across multiple channels to drive demand generation and brand awareness initiatives. This role will ensure that we utilize the most effective campaign strategies to drive results You will play a key role in converting strategic marketing plans into executable communication initiatives and evaluate campaign effectiveness across the lifecycle, adjusting as necessary to achieve campaign goals. The person in this position will be creative and innovative, identifying new approaches to customer engagement and driving customer experience while delivering against business objectives.
. You will be responsible for designing all outbound communications strategies, documenting the campaigns in omni-channel workstreams, coordinating the completion of all associated activities, hiring and managing third party vendors, ensuring all messaging is both unified and needs-based, and leveraging website content to reflect ongoing strategy.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Devise B2B integrated marketing campaigns by persona and/or product brand, with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
• Leverage multichannel and media platforms to drive lead both generation and nurturing (including but not limited to: social, website, email, advertising)
• Evaluate the marketing communication requirements of the business, in coordination with brand managers to develop and execute a campaign plan that drives ROI and demand generation
• Manage the procedure, implementation, and execution of marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing operations on optimizing campaign performance
• Hire and manage third party vendors; oversee the work of internal and external partners and vendors
• Work within a budget and report any overspend
• Write, edit and proofread content for promotional materials within marketing campaigns; ensure a consistent voice/methodology across persona and product strategy.
• Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
• Deliver regular reports of campaign results to brand marketers, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
• Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
• Develop master campaign calendar and report out on it monthly, along with key campaign metrics
• Keep abreast of current trends in omnichannel marketing within the industry
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field or 8+ years of experience in process improvement, marketing, project management, operations, business administration.
• 6+ years of experience in process improvement, marketing, project management, operations, business administration
• Experience executing omnichannel/multi-channel campaigns and programs
• Experience in managing multiple external agency partners and internal marketing partners to meet deadlines in alignment with SOWs
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing within the pharmaceutical industry
Desired Characteristics
• Advanced degree preferred
• 3+ years of marketing communication experience designing and delivering campaigns
• Proactive self-starter and team player.
• Must have attention to detail, execution, and follow-through
• Proficiency in core marketing capabilities such as digital creative development, segmentation, investment optimization, etc.
• Ability to influence and make recommendations at all levels of the company.
• High energy individual that tackles challenges proactively and demonstrates flexibility in approach to changing work priorities.
• Team oriented – ability to work well with diverse, global and cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
