WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Guide and execute operational requirements by ensuring the right use of digital products and service to drive an end-to-end delivery of digital expansion initiatives that are aligned with global standard.
• Execute work to document learning and adopt improvement approach and mindset to drive continuous improvement and transferring learnings and best practices between central expansion team and countries.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to secure togetherness and strong partnership to drive successful implementation of digital expansion initiatives in a cost-efficient and simple ways of working.
• Build and maintain knowledge to communicate global strategies and priorities related to expansion at INGKA, to ensure that the delivered outcomes meet objectives and customer needs.

The salary pay range for this role is $79,325 to $115022

This position is hybrid role with 3 days a week in the office. The successful candidate must live within a commutable distance to the IKEA retail unit in Burbank, CA.
