Description
Our company is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team as a contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our IT positions in the USA. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop a recruiting strategy that will help us to identify and hire the best candidates for our company.
Requirements
- Experience with a variety of recruiting techniques, including social media, job boards, networking, and referrals
- Good skills in candidates search and selection including direct search
- Understanding of full cycle recruitment process
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of accountability and self-motivation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- At least 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter, with a focus on sourcing and hiring top talent in the USA
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, including current technologies, trends, and developments
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent for IT positions
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies
- Good knowledge of IT market, its players, salary ranges, and market tendencies
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the interview process with hiring managers and other stakeholders
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with the company culture
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job data in our applicant tracking system
- Negotiate job offers and employment terms with candidates
- Develop and execute candidate-generation strategies and ideas using all available recruiting tools
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions
- Stay current with industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition
