Job Description

Major Duties:

  • Develop and continuously improve the IT and user product governance model, including forums, stakeholders, scope, cadence and RACI
  • Recognizes and identifies potential areas where existing policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, especially regarding future business expansions
  • Ensures and is accountable for continuous strategic and operational alignment between all critical business systems and their user communities; serves as a link between business, brand and corporate functional leads

  • Advocate for and advance multi-level business partners knowledge of IT processes, frameworks, roles, and capabilities.
  • Meet established objectives and expectations of market and enterprise objectives
  • Builds and manages relationships with senior leaders throughout the organization
  • Optimize and lead digital supply chain integrated solutions that ensure consistency of brand and delivery of quality product experiences across distribution channels (e.g., eRetail, marketing and owned Revlon Inc. websites)
  • Ensure that project/program managers and IT staff assigned to projects are knowledgeable about the business unit or function, business partner(s), and their objectives.
  • Drive the design, implementation, and achievement of large-scale and strategic pilot initiatives
  • Ensure programs are on time and on budget.
  • Builds and executes system roadmaps to support corporate strategy and goals endorsed by stakeholders as requested
  • Evaluate new and elevate existing provider partnerships to deliver self-serve, intuitive, intelligent, data-rich technology that engages and convert across the user journey.
  • Anticipate roadblocks and proactively address and escalate issues before they impact product or business results
  • Lead and oversee the digital product strategy design, roadmap, product management and technology execution in accordance with Global IT governance and business objectives
  • Lead continuous improvement in value optimization, IT digital product performance, and power user processes where applicable.
  • Accelerate Revlon’s technology capabilities to create 360 digital marketing programs that drive incremental business in the digital channels, including: DMP, CRM, PIM, DAM, CMS,

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provides advice on key decision and strategy for the business
  • Works across business clients to resolve process and system issues as required
  • Functions as consulting resource on system development plans and issues as required by management
  • Support complex systems implementations or can be call upon to lead specific areas of an implementation
  • Ability to negotiate, manage and create-long term, value driven vendor partnerships


Experience:

  • Skilled at conflict resolution and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes
  • Skilled in creation of framing strategic initiatives, business case creation and initiative scoping
  • Deep expertise with DTC, CMS, DMP and CRM programs
  • An outside-in focus: outstanding end-customer relationship skills
  • Proven success in effectively managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable digital technology solutions
  • Diplomatic and able to influence and motivate others using personal rather than positional power
  • Knowledge and experience with SEO best practices
  • Able to communicate technical or complex subject matter in business terms
  • Experience working with Digital Marketing Technology
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with and influence C-level executives to drive business value
  • Exceptional ability to lead change using positive and collaborative methods
  • Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions in the organization
  • Understands the IT industry, e.g. emerging technologies and trends, industry standards, solution architecture, and the vendor landscape
  • 10+ years of IT and/or business/industry work with progressive career growth
  • CBRM - Certified Business Relationship Manager or equivalent on the job experience
  • A background in owning and managing large CAPEX/OPEX budgets
  • Experience with Shopify, Sitecore, Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus

  • Strong communication skills in writing, speaking, and presenting at all levels of the organization

Education

  • Exceptional communication skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related discipline or equivalent from accredited college or university (or an equivalent combination of education and business experience)
  • Influence, collaboration and expectation management to work with Global Information Technology and business teams to deliver expected results with quality
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

The base pay range for this position in New York City is $185,000 and $220,000/year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
