Your role in our mission


  • Leads delivery services for multiple clients.
  • Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and criteria for achieving objectives.
  • Oversees delivery activities to ensure a high standard of professional excellence is maintained among staff members.
  • Collaborate with other account leads to solve complex challenges for other accounts, creating robust solutions with quick turnaround times.
  • Delivers on company’s contractual commitments, technical or process innovations.
  • Manages successful delivery of solutions to multiple clients.
  • Leads medium sized, cross-functional team.
  • Works with account leadership to find labor availability opportunities to assist with workload spikes for accounts.
  • Understands account needs and maintains constant interaction with account leadership teams.
  • Provides staff direction with an understanding and following of established company policies and procedures.
  • Establishes and communicates goals and objectives and clearly describes roles and responsibilities for performing to personnel. Communicates broadly to help ensure overall coordination for cross-functional teams.


What we're looking for


  • Previous experience with a Medicaid Management System or with major operations-related components of a Medicaid Management System or other large healthcare systems and an ongoing relationship management with a large client.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 10-12 years’ experience in account leadership roles such as information technology, delivery or business process management.
  • Experience in IT industry required, and vertical industry preferred.
  • P & L, sales and risk management experience preferred.
  • At least five (5) years previous account management experience in the healthcare industry.


What you should expect in this role


  • This role is 100% remote with annual travel possible.


The pay range for this position is $119,100.00 - $170,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
