Your Impact

The Digital Designer position will be split between conception and creative production across Website, Emails, Paid Social, and Brand Content.

Concepting responsibilities include designing through a forward-thinking lens and creating campaigns for the upcoming fashion season. Establishing and setting the tone for Victoria’s Secret's Presence in the digital space and against the competitive landscape. Executing Brand Content comps/ideas/mocks for weekly and/or leadership presentations.

Creative production responsibilities include bringing pitched concepts to life and/or helping execute already conceived Websites, Emails, and Paid Social under the supervision of the Art.

Creative production is fast-paced and executes on a daily/weekly timeline for the current fashion season.

Must show initiative and ability to work in a team environment under tight deadlines.

Candidate should be savvy in photo cropping, editing, exporting video, creating mobile-first graphic designs, and exciting motion content in GIFs/video. Adapting creative to multiple layout sizes regularly for all current and emerging Brand digital platforms.

Candidate should stay keenly aware of production deadlines and manage timelines accordingly. Execute and adapt a campaign across multiple brand platforms. You should be able to jump in, pick up a project and carry it through to go live. The candidate should be able to attend key meetings and be a proxy for Art Director when necessary.

• Up to date on the latest trends in Fashion, especially website and emails trends

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 4-5 years of website, email, and apps experience preferred
• Previous fashion experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
• Complete fluency and proficiency in using Mac and Adobe Creative Cloud. Being well-versed XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere Pro
