Ecommerce Digital Analyst Jobs

As an Ecommerce Digital Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing David Yurman’s online business through data analysis and reporting. In this role you will be responsible for supporting the digital teams with data and analysis to continuously improve our results. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Analytics, your primary responsibilities will include generating reporting and actionable insights, as well as assisting in the execution of A/B testing initiatives. Responsibilities

Reporting and Analysis:

• Collaborate with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to interpret data and provide recommendations for performance improvement.
• Assist in monitoring and tracking e-commerce metrics, including conversion rates, average order value, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value.
• Generate accurate and insightful weekly and monthly reports, presenting key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and actionable insights to stakeholders.

A/B Testing Execution

• Collaborate with cross functional partners to define test objectives, set up experiments, and ensure proper tracking and measurement of results.
• Learn and apply A/B testing methodologies and best practices under the guidance of senior analysts.
• Assist in analyzing test data to identify statistically significant results and provide insights for implementing successful variations.
• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of A/B and multivariate tests to enhance website usability, customer experience, and conversion rates.

Data Management And Visualization

• Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate performance metrics and insights to stakeholders.
• Work with IT and data engineering teams to automate data collection, aggregation, and reporting processes where applicable.
• Help maintain organized and accurate data sets, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

Industry Research And Knowledge Building

• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to grow technical skills and knowledge in the field.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce analytics and digital marketing.
• Share insights and contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making within the team.

Estimate Salary Range: $65,000-70,000

Base pay is one component of David Yurman’s total compensation package, which may also include the following for eligible employees: access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, bonus, employee discounts, Summer Fridays (corporate roles), generous paid time off, sick time, and more.
