About The Role


The Manager, Regional Partnership Support leads National Business Advisors (NBA) who provide support to our Premier Agents. This role requires outstanding people leadership, creative problem solving, and world-class mentorship. You will develop partner relationships that drive revenue growth and support lasting partnerships. This position reports to the Regional Director:


  • Navigate and lead through change as this team’s responsibilities shift and grow with business need.
  • Share progress towards goals and local insights weekly.
  • Utilize domain expertise of nuances in real estate operations, compliance, preferred vendors and landscape to drive coaching strategy, tactics, and resources for your team.
  • Lead team to creatively ensure accurate usage and accountability of relevant tools and processes.
  • Build positive relationships across the ZPA org to forecast sales performance, implement strategy, remove roadblocks, and foster client growth.
  • Recruit, mentor and develop a diverse team to the Leadership Expectations and Behaviors.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity and ownership to successfully tackle business problems and support functions for our Premier Agents.
  • Meet or exceed predetermined support and revenue goals and KPIs through effective planning, goal setting, analyzing data and forecasting on a weekly basis.


This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.


In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $88,600.00 - $141,500.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.


In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.


Who you are


  • Hands-on leader who invests in the development of your team.
  • 1-3+ years of relevant sales leadership experience.
  • Experience leading a team responsible for managing partner relationships in a cross collaborative environment
  • Student. You will need to become proficient in the real estate industry and business.
  • Shown ability to train direct reports on partnering with sophisticated processes and customer types, including multiple decision-makers and influencers.
  • Currently M2 or above
  • Leader experienced in building and supporting a culture of equity, belonging and inclusiveness
  • Solid understanding of CRM and reporting tools (Salesforce & Tableau preferred)
  • GM or Director sponsorship
  • Outstanding leader of people – develops people by exemplifying and consistently demonstrating our leadership blueprint expectations
  • Proven track record in a dynamic, high task/client touch environment.
