Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. The rightcandidate will be responsible for selling SaaS and tech licensing solutions to eCommerce enterprise companies in USA/Canada. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs, and perform a range of sales and business development work. The sales will be for direct sales, partnerships, and resellers.


Fractional/Part-time that ramps up to Full Time Position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities by conducting outbound marketing to potential clients.

• Meet with potential customers, build relationships with clients, and understand their business needs

• Conduct needs assessments and present SaaS and tech licensing solutions to clients • Negotiate and close sales deals

• Build a strong pipeline and consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.

• Increase Company product portfolio sales per customer through active customer needs assessment and solution recommendations

• Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities by building long-term relationships and providing quality customer service.

• Lead online demonstrations to clients.

• Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the client’s success.

• Remain in frequent contact with the existing clients and prioritize retention as a major focus.

• Respond to complaints and resolve issues to ensure client success and satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and follow-up tasks in the CRM system

• Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

• Deliver service that is consistent with Company values and customer promises.

Skills Qualification

Requirements:

·Past enterprise sales experience of 7-10 years with a proven track record

·Logistics/Supply Chain industry experience is a plus

·Background in technology / SaaS sales

·Sales methodology training is a plus

·Proficiency in English or Multilingual is a bonus

·Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

·Customer-First approach

·Sharp business acumen and target oriented

·Problem-solving aptitude

·High aptitude for sales (Preferably B2B sales).

·Keen eye for identifying potential leads.

·Excellent negotiation skills to convert qualified leads into customers.

·Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

·Highly energetic, self-starter with a purpose-driven, result-oriented attitude.

·Empathy and ability to understand customer viewpoint and customer service.

·Skilled at building rapport, opening doors, and understanding the business requirements of senior decision-makers.

·Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite is a must

·Should be open to travel occasionally.
