Job Title: CEO (Femtech startup)

We are looking for an experienced CEO to lead our client’s women’s health startup. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fundraising and scaling startups. You will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategic plan, managing the day-to-day operations of the business, and building relationships with investors and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue potential business development opportunities, including partnerships, and licensing agreements.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the business.
• Ensure that the company is compliant with all relevant regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, regulatory agencies, and industry leaders.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with the scientific community including universities, research institutions, and key opinion leaders.
• Hire and manage a team of talented professionals.
• Raise funds to support the company’s growth.
• Develop and implement the company’s long-term strategic plans to ensure profitability and growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar executive leadership role.
• Team management experience, with a proven track record of recruiting, developing, and mentoring a high-performing team.
• Strong fundraising skills and experience scaling startups.
• A highly motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and with ability to complete projects with both internal and external stakeholders.
