Meta 2 Labs (subsidiary of Vidzet Media), a cutting-edge technology company specializing in AI, ML, blockchain, and AR/VR solutions, is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, a track record of driving business growth, and the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. As CEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing our company's strategic vision, managing overall operations, and cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute Meta 2 Labs' overall strategic vision, ensuring alignment with market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs.
2. Manage day-to-day operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
3. Collaborate with the CTO to oversee technology development, innovation, and intellectual property management.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, clients, and industry influencers.
5. Lead and inspire a diverse team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
6. Drive company growth by identifying new market opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's client base.
7. Ensure effective communication of the company's vision, goals, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
8. Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape, proactively addressing challenges, and capitalizing on opportunities.
9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in the media, serving as the primary spokesperson and thought leader.
10. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 10 years of experience in technology or related industries, with a strong focus on AI, ML, blockchain, and/or AR/VR.
2. Proven track record in executive leadership, with experience in managing teams, operations, and financial performance.
3. Demonstrated success in driving business growth, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
4. Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a diverse team.
6. Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and business development.
7. Solid understanding of the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer needs in the technology sector.
8. Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
