Responsibilities:

- Scoping Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and requirements. Analyze technical needs to align projects with company goals.

- Library Selection: Evaluate libraries, frameworks, and technologies to find the best fit for our projects. Consider scalability, maintainability, and compatibility.

- Developer Support: Work closely with developers, providing guidance and mentorship in a collaborative work environment. Offer support and provide feedback on their performance.

- Quality Assurance: Assist in establishing and maintaining quality control processes, including testing strategies and code reviews, to ensure high-quality software solutions.

- Cloud Deployment: Contribute to the deployment of software applications to cloud platforms. Help ensure efficient resource utilization, scalability, and system robustness.

- Technical Collaboration with William: Participate in an apprenticeship with our Principal, collaborating closely and sharing insights to shape the company's technical vision and strategy.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications and practical experience are advantageous.

- Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and programming languages. Familiarity with GCP is needed.

- Leadership Potential: Demonstrate potential in working with software development teams. Excellent communication skills are essential.

- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze project requirements and propose effective solutions using analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Quality Focus: Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring Google level code quality.
