The Job Overview

We are seeking an account manager to join our team. You will be in charge of prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales regarding new company business. Account manager duties will include maintaining existing accounts, developing new accounts, and coordinating with the production team.

A successful account manager should have excellent communication and relationship-building skills as well as the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans in conjunction with Fritz Project Manager to meet client goals and objectives
• Monitor and manage project performance
• Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address any client concerns in a timely manner
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with clients and Fritz leadership to determine product or service requirements
• Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings
• Create a pleasant experience for clients by coordinating with Fritz Project Manager to provide solutions
• Build relationships with clients to ensure brand and project success
• Oversee the development of new client relationships

Commission Structure

For actively managed accounts signed with a 3 month minimum, Account Manager will receive a residual 5% of gross contract.

For non-managed new business, Account Manager will receive a flat fee of $500 for projects $4,000-10,000; $1,000 for projects greater than $10,000.
