Restaurant Manager Jobs

Responsibilities

• Organize employee schedules and resolve internal scheduling conflicts
• Wield a gregarious and attentive nature for building positive relationships with dine-in (bar, indoor, outdoor) and take-out clientele alike in our cozy, waterside establishment
• Supervise kitchen and waitstaff, delegating responsibilities of day-to-day activities appropriately
• Ensure bar/restaurant cleanliness and safety in addition to manage bar inventory

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of full-service restaurant management where you've received bar training and contributed to the success of a high-volume restaurant
• Be confident in suggesting improvements and more efficient methods - we are always looking to be better!
• Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
• Knowledge of food and beverage industries, and comfortable with sales technology platforms
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in stressful situations
• Well-versed in vegan/vegetarian/GF diets
