TRUCK Restaurant in Bedford, NY (located about an hour outside of NYC) is a busy, 76-seatrestaurant with a focus on good service, andlocal, organic, farm-to-table ingredients with a New Mexican influence.During service, the manager will oversee reservations, greetcustomers, and assisthosts with answering the phone. The manager must supervise both the floor and our thriving take-out business.

Day-to-day operations also include:

-reconciling receipts and end-of-night paperwork

-scheduling/staffing

-liquor orderingand paper supplies ordering

-resolving customer concerns

-responding to emails

-managing large catering orders

-Keeping POS system (Restaurant Manager), reservation system (Yelp),specials list, and voicemail messageup to date

- is professional, reliable, and able to multitask

-appreciates and has an interestin organic, farm-to-table food

We are looking for a full-time manager who has a minimum of 1 year restaurant management experience in a full-service establishment. At TRUCK, we have a passion for food and hospitality, and we are seeking someone who shares our vision.Applicants must be able to lift/carry items up to 40lbs and push/pull items up to 75lbs. Also must be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time, with frequent bending, twisting, and squatting.
