Job Summary

As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations and service at Tatiana by Kwame Onwuachi. Leading a team and ensuring exceptional client relations will be at the core of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be entrusted with maintaining the highest standards of food quality. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your managerial skills and contribute to the success of a renowned establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold the reputation of Tatiana by delivering superior quality food to clients, customers, and employees.
- Preferred: Possess Servsafe certification, indicating a commitment to food safety practices.
- Utilize excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer software, particularly MS Office products.
- Demonstrate expertise in operations management, including procurement and purchasing knowledge.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with employees, guests, clients, and other departments within the operation.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of food and wine, including expert understanding of food and wine pairings.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring adherence to the approved budget and providing maximum value to clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or higher preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and wine, with a focus on pairing exquisite flavors.
- Two to four years of experience in fine dining restaurant management is required.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office products.
- Preferred: Servsafe certification, indicating a commitment to food safety practices.
- Proven track record in operations management, including experience with purchasing.
