Job Description
We're currently seeking Remote Event Coordinators who will specialize in curating Concerts, Theatre, Sports Events, and more!


Training: Comprehensive training will be provided.


Experience: No prior experience necessary Schedule: Offering a flexible schedule, with both full-time and part-time positions available.


Requirements:


  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Access to a computer and/or cell phone is a must.


Responsibilities:


  • Understand customer preferences and requirements, including schedules, costs, and payment plans.
  • Manage reservations for travel, accommodations, flights, rental vehicles, special events, and honeymoons.
  • Create event packages, excursions, and day trips.
  • Provide clients with crucial documentation such as authorization forms, flight tickets, and theme park passes.
  • Organize and oversee events for various occasions, including businesses, sports teams, vacations, weddings, and more.
  • Quickly adjust bookings if changes arise before or during the trip.
