Research Officer/Analyst Jobs

JOS Group is looking to hire a Senior Evaluation/Research Analyst:
:
Use a broad range of quantitative and qualitative methods to perform complex analyses, synthesize data, and produce research and evaluation findings to be shared with diverse audiences and stakeholders, like work done in the fields of data science and analytics. This position require skills for improving the use of evaluation from both a system and program perspective; they require individuals with ability to building capacity for evaluation use by engaging in learning conversations with a variety of stakeholders with the purpose of transforming data into action. Applying project management skills and interdisciplinary expertise, the individual is responsible for supporting oversight, coordinating, and management of internal and external evaluation, monitoring and research projects to achieve The individual will be expected to have sufficient expertise to contribute to research designs and methodologies requiring primary data collections.
Tools - Tableau, SPSS and R language.
Degree - Post Graduate degree in Data, Statistics, Data Science, Public Administration or related field.

This position is remote with occasional travel to customer site once a quarter or on a need to basis.
