Job Description

As the IT Help Desk, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues via phone support.

Responsibilities

  • Follow-up and update customer status and information
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via the phone
  • Determine the best solution
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
  • Perform remote troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Previous Help Desk experience troubleshooting
  • Healthcare experience required
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Previous experience working in a Tech Support through a corporate phone system
  • Ticketing system experience required
