A technology expert who doubles as a customer advocate, you will work closely with our client, a large healthcare organization with multiple hospitals and hundreds of clinics across 3 states, to solve their most intriguing problems. You will lead independent research and solution development and lend your expertise to various product areas. Internally, you will be the go-to person for expert advice on escalated issues.
Responsibilities
Your Work:
Consulting with the client on current CDI and Coding workflow related to 3M configuration
3M Health Information Systems Monthly Upgrades coordination and testing
3M Health Information Systems changes, enhancements, complex solution build
Navigating across Cerner solutions and 3M resources to resolve issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate when appropriate
Maintain system provisioning for 3rd party (3M) users
Pertinent Skills:
Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and organizational skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Attention to detail, organized, with a focus on quality of work
Basic Qualifications
At least 6 years total combined related work experience and completed higher education, including:
At least 1 year of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
At least 5 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job
Preferred:
2+ years of hands on experience with 3M
