3 plus years of Systems Administrator IT experience

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skill:

Strong sales skills and proven work experience as a travel agent

5-10 years' in the travel industry experience together with use of a Global Distribution System; Sabre

Impeccable listening skills, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team environment

Utilizing Sabre to book transportation, make hotel reservations, and collect payments and fees

Entering and maintaining data in ClientBase

Strong technical skillset with Office programs and broader data manipulation platforms, with experience in identifying and facilitating streamlining processes and procedures.

3+ years of healthcare experience with demonstrated business results in analytical/technical knowledge regarding the industry

Maintain knowledge of industry, market and competition results.

Demonstrate passion for and dedication to anticipating and meeting the expectations and requirements of clients.

Utilize skillset to support Cigna's and clients' strategy and initiatives.

Expertise in Excel, Tableau, and other data synthesizing programs and strong experience with creating data visualizations

Be a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations which provide the very best traveler experience in each situation

Job Required Qualifications, Competencies and Skills

Excellent phone and customer service skills

At least 5 years in the travel industry with experience on a Global Distribution System; Sabre

Experience arranging domestic and international travel for clients; setting up PNR's, ticketing, and exchanging tickets

Must be very organized, detail oriented, and display proactive problem solving skills.

Seven (7) years of experience in clinical nursing and/or health information management and/or healthcare finance

Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution in Nursing, Health Information Management

High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and eleven (11) years of experience in Hospital Systems

Three (3) combined years of experience analyzing and processing healthcare data, identifying anomalies and/or recommending corrective courses of action

Ability to manage, interact and present to the most senior level client leadership

Inpatient coding, outpatient coding, Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) and/or chart audit experience
