  • Do it with passion About the Role: The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day operational transactions for defi clients, and their customers will work with a dynamic team, managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their bank and auto loan accounts. As a defi team member, you will be key in helping defi SOLUTIONS achieve desired financial outcomes as defined by client objectives. Our clients included some of the largest financial institutions and automotive finance companies in the United States! Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Solid analytical and multi-tasking skills that result in solid decision-making skills and time management

  • Assist customers with online banking accounts (i.e., password resets)
