Program Manager - Healthcare

6 month contract for a Program Manager who has worked in healthcare, on large, complex work, and that is versatile with methodologies relevant to waterfall, agile, and scaled agile (SAFe).

100% remote

Day to day:

• Day-to-day will be similar in nature to a Program Manager/Release Train Engineer. This resource will manage a large, complex, IT program, that spans across various stakeholders (Business, IT, Cross-Org within Corporate, Health Plan) and is for Oregon Functional Migration (FM) and California FM. They will manage the overall timeline, including the epic, features, story, tasks, milestones, etc, comms between various areas, be expected to identify/manage/mitigate issues, risks, barriers, and impediments, facilitate meetings at all levels, etc.

• Successful deployment of OR FM and CA FM projects/programs.

What previous job titles or background work will in this role?

• We are looking for a hybrid resource that has managed various methodologies, including but not limited to, waterfall, agile (scrum, XP, Kanban), and scaled agile (SAFe). Knowledge of JIRA and JIRA Align is a plus. An individual that challenges the status quo and isn’t afraid to think outside the box would be helpful.
