This role is part time, 25 hours per week, and part of our healthcare industry product marketing team for worldwide health and involved planning, directing, managing and/or implementing activities within go-to-market marketing programs, product roll-out activities, or other non-IT based project management responsibilities. Individual will work closely with program/process owners and business partners to deliver on project deliverables across multiple technical and non-technical teams. Individual will play a key role in helping to communicate marketing priorities across stakeholder groups and ongoing project management.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate cross-team projects, develop/manage detailed project workback schedules (internal teams and agency partners) to accomplish goals and analyzing monthly/quarterly results of marketing activities.
• Present and explain project programs, analyze key findings and reporting on major milestones.
• Manage project/team budgets to ensure resourcing stays inline with fiscal year expectations
• Develop weekly Healthcare industry status report on key projects/initiatives
• Develop marketing GTM program and business review presentations.

Experience:

• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in project management skills with varying degrees of complexity
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate-proficient knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.
• Ability to analyze project risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues.
• 2-4 years experience required.
• Demonstrated experience managing marketing programs with varying degrees of complexity.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize projects, and manage one’s time.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Knowledge or background in software industry a plus
• Strong cross-team/organization collaboration skills

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $52.58 to $58.43 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
