Required Knowledge And Skills

• Knowledge of network troubleshooting and configuration
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365 Administration
• Ability to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical individuals
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
• Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• 2+ years of related experience or equivalent certifications required
• Experience with Teams/SharePoint administration
• Proficient in a variety of computer hardware and software
• Troubleshooting skills for Windows and Mac operating systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the IT Manager and other departments as needed
• Resolve logged errors in a timely manner
• Provide IT assistance to internal customers
• Monitor hardware, software, and system performance metrics
• Train end-users on hardware functionality and software programs

Additional Information

• Evaluation of products for compatibility, expandability, and ease of use and support
• Must be willing to work Pacific Standard Time, Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm (with an hour off for lunch)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
• Documentation of processes and performance of diagnostic tests
• Maintenance of knowledge regarding technology innovations and trends
• Progress reports for all work performed are required
