  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by clients
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS)
  • Collaborative and inclusive work environment
  • Experience with remote desktop support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
