Remote (Franklin, Tn) Customer Service Rep ($17.00 - $17.01 / Hour)

Prospective candidates for this Remote Call Center Representative role with a Fortune 500 Healthcare Company located in Franklin, TN 37064 will enjoy competitive pay and a chance for permanent placement based on business needs and performance. As a Call Center Representative, you will work collaboratively with the New Business Policy Processing team and supporting departments to ensure superior customer service.

Responsibilities

• Follow up in a timely manner on all pending applications to completion
• Issue/activate new applications
• Enter corresponding memos to document action taken on file
• Ensure applicants and agents receive superior service consistent with the company values
• Escalate customer concerns/issues to Manager for resolution when appropriate
