Job Overview

• Provide proactive and responsive broker and client service
• Collaborate with Brokers/Individual policyholders to offer plan options for renewals and new business opportunities
• Support annual open enrollment, new business, and renewal efforts for employer's individual plans
• Proficient in benefits, coverage, billing, payments, and claim policies and procedures
• Deliver telephonic sales and assistance, as well as written communications to brokers and policyholders

Qualifications

• Preferred Health Insurance License (CT Health Producer License / Life & Health License / Health Insurance License)
• Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with claim, customer service billing, and enrollment operations
• Experience with benefits, coverage, billing, payments, and claim policies and procedures
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace required

Work Environment

• Core Hours: 8-hour shift between 8:00am – 7:00pm EST Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 3:00pm on Saturdays (up to 2 weekend shifts per month)
• Training Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
• 100% Remote with provided equipment
