Job Summary

Looking for an 8-5, M-F position with the ability to earn an additional bonus? Parker Trailer & RV is hiring for Customer Service Advisor that will be working with a team of experienced Customer Service Advisor. This position is responsible for evaluating and writing up customer repair, service, or parts needs for trailers, campers, trucks and RV's, as well as selling accessories and parts.

Responsibilities and Duties

This position requires the candidate to greet customers, determine needs, and perform detailed write ups of work to be performed. Accurately handle and perform all paperwork necessary for jobs from start to finish. Maintain communications with the customers and the service manager on all work being performed. Schedule appointments for service. Make recommendations to customers on products and services offered.

Be available to work M-F 8-5

Qualifications and Skills

M-F, 8-5 General knowledge of trailers, campers, RV's and trucks is preferred. Prior experience with customer service and service writing is preferred. Must have the ability to multitask and resolve problems with minimal supervision. This position requires interaction with mechanics, customers, and the sales team. Must be able to work with a computer based system for inputting repair orders and parts sales. This position is ideal for a mechanic with people skills that wants to make a change. Pay: $64,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year
