Part-Time Remote Customer Service Advisor ($25.00 / Hour)

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues reported to the Financial Services Help Hub
• Respond to student inquiries in a professional, courteous, and service-oriented manner
• Possess a working knowledge of business and management principles involved in financial aid and student financials

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Initiative and focus on student success
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Experience with technology and ability to resolve technical problems

Additional Considerations

• Experience working in an academic environment is preferred
• Preferred combination of training and experience in financial aid and student financials

Required Schedule

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
