We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent RVP to join our team. This role involves overseeing the operations and performance of a specific region within our company, ensuring that all business objectives are met and that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's strategic vision and operational excellence, and will be a key player in the company's overall success.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the regional office and the corporate headquarters.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the region, and work with the executive team to develop and implement new initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring that all financial targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the region.
• Oversee the operations, staff, and performance of the region, ensuring that all business objectives are met.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, and implement improvements as needed.
• Provide leadership and support to the regional team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Travel is up to 75% on a weekly basis

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within our industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required, Master's degree is preferred.
• Must be willing to travel as needed to meet with clients, team members, and stakeholders within the region.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully managing a team to achieve business objectives.
• Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
