Description

SkillStorm is seeking a strategic Professional Services and Sales Operations leader, to manage all our client services operations. This operations leader, must have prior experience heading up sales operations.


Our business is focused on designing and implementing large scale transformation technology initiatives to specifically design tech forces onshore in the United States, while increasing productivity and lowering overall costs for companies.


We collaborate with our fortune 100 customers to understand their strategic initiatives quarter by quarter and what is required to achieve the completion of those initiatives.


We have early access to some of the best technical resources in the country through our comprehensive continuing education programs, that allow us to upskill technologists in our customer's specific tech stacks.


What you’ll be doing...

You’ll be essential in supporting our clients services organization in keeping training material current, managing our hubspot CRM, building reporting dashboards for leadership in the form of weekly leadership reports, daily leaderboard reports, monthly board and quarterly board reports, qbr related reports. Our organization is always evolving, especially as new technologies are released into the market, as such keeping the sales org current on sales collateral along with keeping current with using new technologies and bringing them into sales as it applies (ChatGPT) is key to the role. Last but not least, the role will be focused on training new Account Managers and Account Executives as they are onboarded, along with quarterly training for the team.


What we’re looking for...


You are very well structured, you make it easy to take complex tasks and break them down into simple managable items. You have a strong background in sales operations and project management. You are very creative and constantly think of how we can support the client services organization, but stay efficient in making sure that we're constantly delivering and moving the team along with required capabilities. You are urgent, precise and engaged in everything you do.


  • Strong project management background
  • Work under high-pressure situations
  • Ability to work around the clock to support deals and client services and resolve escalations
  • Good understanding of software implementations and professional services
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office products
  • Proven sucess in a sales operations leadership role prior
  • Be a self-starter.
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Be urgent, precise and engaged in everything that you do
  • Have a good understanding of software development


Even better if you have one or more of the following:

· A background in technology or have any technical experience

· Prior project management or system implementation experience

· Enterprise Sales related experience


Additional qualification:

· Willingness to travel up to 40%.
