Training & Education Coordinator - Southeast

Job Summary:

The Training & Education Coordinator is responsible for educating clients or customers about different Topix skincare products, techniques, routines, and sales. They provide personalized advice and recommendations based on individual skin types, concerns and goals and company sales goals. This position will report directly to the National Training and Education Director with a dotted line to the Vice President of Practice Growth, and work with key account managers in the field to execute initiatives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Focus on pairing skin conditions with customized product recommendations.
• Provide product pairings to accounts after treatments or procedures.
• Working knowledge of ingredients and formulations when discussing the brand.
• Build and maintain relationships with locations and executive team to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct skincare workshops or training sessions for staff members.
• Achieve company sales goals as it relates to training and interactions with customers.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends, products, and advancements in skincare.
• Recommend and educate proper product recommendations and regimens to locations to include providers, medical staff, and estheticians.
• Monitor progress and adjusting skincare routines as needed.

Required Education and Experience:

Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree required

Esthetician License preferred

At least 2 years’ related experience required in training and education
