We are looking for a switched-on individual who can support our US Production team and aid our systems development.
POSITION OVERVIEW: We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our Southeast Sales team and drive revenue growth for our company in their respective territory. Managing the Southeast region consists of 9 states, 6 direct reports, and 12 distributors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales and maintaining multiple business channels of distribution. This person will assist alongside the Chief Commercial Officer, with all state level distributor communication as it relates to day-to-day tasks required to move the business forward including but not limited to: Inventory management and forecasting, POS ordering and activation and incentive development. Lastly, the Southeast Director will be responsible for collaborating with all internal departments of Fever-Tree and any stakeholders within their market in order to successfully execute all Fever-Tree initiatives.

Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional senior leadership teams, including marketing and product development to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
- Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance, coaching and support to ensure the team’s success
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets and increase market share
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards revenue goals
- Assist with distributor engagement within their respective market – including but not limited to Business Review involvement, day-to-day involvement, inventory management, sales meetings, expectation setting, innovation launches POS ordering and execution in market, and sample dissemination
- Participate in networking events, tradeshows, and other industry-related activities to promote the company and generate leads
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects, serving as a trusted advisor and developing a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities
- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely and successful closing of deals
Minimum Qualifications
• 5-10 years’ experience of managing a team in sales and marketing
• Substantive growth in current / most recent position within the last five years –Ideally within a sales, marketing, strategic, or analytic capacity – CPG experience strongly preferred
• Established, pre-existing relationships in market in top accounts – on and/or off premise
• Experience calling on both independent on and off premise accounts in the Florida area
• Financial Acumen-Driving the right level of volume (Budget) with the appropriate spend
• Expertise in analyzing information and making information-based recommendations
• Highly organized with ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects
• Great communication, presentation, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills
• Strong familiarity with syndicated data, software and measures is preferred
• Thrive in a small, collaborative team environment and feel comfortable working autonomously
• Passion for winning, a results-oriented attitude, a thoughtful approach to problem-solving, and positive energy
• Strong use of influencing skills to gain alignment, agreement, and commitments (internal/external).
• Willing and able to travel for company conferences and or region assistance
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements/Other
- Ability to travel regularly and stay overnight as business necessary
- Valid driver's license
