Job Description

Our client is a leading provider of state-of-the-art liquid filling & capping packaging machinery solutions. With a focus on innovation, reliability, and customer satisfaction, we serve diverse industries such as beverages, chemicals, distilleries, food, pharmaceuticals, Nutraceuticals, health & beauty & more. As they continue to expand their market presence, they are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join their team, focussing on the North East territory whilst ideally being located in Florida.


The preferred candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

As a Regional Sales Manager specializing in liquid filling packaging machinery, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding market share within your assigned region. Your deep understanding of liquid filling packaging machinery and your exceptional sales skills will be instrumental in building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs related to liquid filling packaging machinery, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, technical support, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful project implementation.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, showcasing our liquid filling packaging machinery solutions and networking with industry professionals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth within the assigned region.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities and close sales deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers, understanding their unique requirements and providing customized liquid filling solutions.
  • Analyze sales data, prepare accurate forecasts, and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting sales performance, trends, and strategic insights.
  • Identify and target potential customers, industries, and applications to expand the customer base and increase market share in liquid filling packaging machinery.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of liquid filling / capping machinery technologies, applications, and industry trends.
  • Proven track record of successful sales achievements in the liquid filling / capping packaging machinery sector, or similar area.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
