BOND, a premier matchmaking agency located in the heart of New York City, is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our close-knit team. Our ideal candidate has extensive sales experience, a knack for identifying potential clients, and a passion for making lasting connections. You will play an integral role in expanding our client base, driving revenue growth, and elevating the BOND experience to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Implement and manage the full sales cycle: identify potential clients, create personalized pitches, close deals, and ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends to drive the company's future growth.
- Establish and nurture relationships with high-value potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with BOND's services.
- Collaborate with our matchmaking team to ensure the delivery of a seamless, luxury experience for all our clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM software will be a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for precision.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Demonstrated record of achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales role, preferably in the matchmaking sector.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
