Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
  • Support Business Administration, Game-day Operations and Marketing for Tigers Spring Training, Lakeland Flying Tigers, third-party events at Tigertown and annual office management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Plan, manage and execute game-presentation and game-day activations for all Tigers Spring Training and Lakeland Flying Tigers home games.
  • Manage fulfillment and execution of Flying Tigers promotional calendar including but not limited to, corporate partner & team giveaway items, group sales initiatives, weekday promotions, special events and third-party deliverables.
  • Manage and execute deliverables related to annual office needs, Tigers Spring Training, Lakeland Flying Tigers season, third-party events and marketing outreach.
  • Plan and implement special events.
  • Organize and execute marketing events in community with set-up, tear-down and fulfillment of promotional needs to ensure fan engagement and team activation.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Business or Sports Management preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sports Industry, Baseball Industry is preferred with exposure to both the baseball and business operations Proven record of achieving goals/targets and motivating staff Ability to work long hours, evenings, weekends and holidays
