Job Description

SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing practical nursing care to clinic patients under supervision of providers, Clinical Services Director, and Center Manager. Work collaboratively with the care team and community resources to coordinate care and services. Become fully functional in the use of the electronic medical record (EMR) and follow the EMR Manual instructions.

SCHEDULE/HOURS:

  • Monday - Friday
  • No weekends
  • Typically 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

EDUCATION and CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Current BLS Certification.
  • Current RN License and current LPN License issued by the Florida Board of Nursing or appropriate compact license.
  • Current LPN License issued by the Florida Board of Nursing or appropriate compact license.
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
