Job Description
In business since 1988, Patty’s Gourmet Pizza is a Los Angeles based wholesale pizza manufacturing company providing the hospitality industry with the finest and most innovative pizza related products available in the market place today.  We are looking to hire an Office Manager who is detailed oriented with great interpersonal and communication skills to join our team.  Patty’s Pizza values integrity, determination, and is looking for a dynamic team player who is self-driven with an innovative mind set to assist and expand our efforts as we continually grow within the food service industry.

Qualifications and Skill include:
*Proficient knowledge of GSuite
*Must be bilingual in Spanish
*Must have at least two years of verifiable administrative / office 
  related experience
*Working knowledge of Quickbooks including invoicing, accounts 
   payable / receivable
*Excellent written / verbal / interpersonal communication skills
*Strong work ethic and detailed oriented
*Excellent organization skills with ability to prioritize task in a 
  fast paced environment
*Self-starter who can initiate projects
*Able to work independently and as part of a team
*Collaborate with sales team to enable, support, and improve day to
   day business operations and logistical processes.
Education Requirements:
 * Associate degree preferred

Compensation: 
* $25-30 / hr depending upon experience

Working schedule:
*Ultimately, Monday through Friday, 8am—3:30pm
*This is an in-office position with no remote possibilities
